In all seriousness, I believe these interviews are a great idea. Like myself, many work in isolation, and these are a great way to learn about our peers that we might not have a chance to meet in real life. I think it’s always nice to gain insight into other people in the community and find connections that we might not realize in our work with SQL Server.
